Waiting to understand,
looking at the Stargate,
I reflect on what happened to us
on that day long ago.
Why did Julianne, and others,
draw my friends and I and our teacher
into that tragedy ?
Thinking back, I remember,
I had brought with me a sketch
of a mathematical problem
that I'd been working on,
and had kept it close
to fill in spare moments,
such as at the picnic.
Our teacher taught Maths.
Our group comprised girls
who were good at Maths,
though maybe there were others who were,
except for Julianne,
Did it have something to do with the Maths ?
Maybe, it had everything to do with the Maths !!
Am I right, or am I right !?
Because I and others of our group,
were questioning some mathematical theories
that the school was teaching ??
The numbers didn't add up.
Were they afraid we would find out something ?
And what could that be ?
What could be so terrible,
that they would want to get rid of us,
permanently ??
